Common Good Real Estate is a nonprofit-focused brokerage program of the San Francisco Community Land Trust. We help our clients find, evaluate, and acquire the land and space their mission driven work depends on. Owning that space means more stable occupancy costs, not worrying about the next lease renewal, and building equity instead of paying it to a landlord. Every transaction we close puts proceeds back into SFCLT’s mission of building more community-owned, permanently affordable housing.
